Qualomics, LLC (“Qualomics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides medical device quality and regulatory consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at qualomics.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. - Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the information you enter to schedule and manage the appointment, such as your name, email address, and any answers you give to our booking questions.
- Resource and purchase information. When you download a free resource or buy a paid resource, our learning platform (Thinkific) collects your name and email address, and, for paid purchases, the information needed to complete and support the transaction.
- Communications. If you email us or sign up to receive updates, we keep your messages and contact details so we can respond and, where you have asked us to, send you information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies and analytics, described below.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google, to measure and understand Site traffic and usage. GA4 collects information such as the pages you view and your general location, and processes it on our behalf. On our standard GA4 property, user-level and event-level data is retained for 14 months.

Data Retention

Contact and inquiry information is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required. Analytics data is retained according to our GA4 settings described above.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
